Our Bluebell Bear Campaign and Competition
Every child needs a teddy bear that's soft, dependable and can accompany them on daily adventures and the Trust's Bluebell Bear Campaign offers just the bear for the job.
The Trust is selling a limited number of the beautiful handmade bears to help fund its work but, because Bluebell is a bear that likes adventure, we are also running a competition to accompany the campaign and hope that as many people as possible will enter.
Bluebell Bear has been named after The Bluebells, the UK's first purpose-built holiday respite house for seriously-ill children, which the Trust opened in July 2011. The house offers families the chance to enjoy special time together with fantastic leisure facilities on site and the option of days out at local attractions.
With that in mind, we are asking people who purchase a Bluebell Bear to send us a picture of themselves and Bluebell sharing a holiday, day trip or special time together. The pictures are being posted on the Trust's Bluebell Bear Facebook page and the winning entrants will be announced in April.
The competition is just a bit of fun, so if you would rather not take part that is absolutely fine.
