  • Invited some of our sick children and their families to join us at the Groundbreaking Ceremony at The Bluebells

  • Provided transport for a sick child and parent to and from hospital to attend treatment and check-up appointments

  • Purchased a car seat, pushchair and other equipment for a sick child

  • Purchased a mobile phone to allow a parent of a sick child to contact hospital

  • Purchased a Christening gown and provided transport to a Christening for a sick child

  • Arranged for a photographer to take pictures at the Christening of a sick child providing lasting memories

  • Provided transport to and from a hospice for a sick child and parent

  • Held a Reflections weekend for bereaved families

  • Acted as an advocate and secured a house move for the family of a sick child to more suitable accommodation

  • Final stage of project to redecorate and furnish isolation rooms in the children’s ward at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough – including two bedrooms and one en-suite
  • Secured a car for a family who desperately needed reliable transport to get their child to hospital
  • Organised a special treat for a 10-year-old with leukaemia and his dad, by securing two free tickets to see England vs. Andorra at Wembley.
